Epithelial Dysplasia and Cancer in IBD Strictures

The presence of colonic strictures and epithelial dysplasia are both known risk factors for the occurrence of colorectal cancer (CRC) in IBD patients. The aim of the present case-control study was to assess the risk of colonic stricture for the occurrence of epithelial dysplasia and colonic adenocarcinoma.
